I am a tenant currently under Laura Birds Management, and have been a resident at the property since August 2011.

From the instant that I viewed the property in 2011 Laura Bird has shown immense competency in her role as the Property Manager. She is prompt and efficient in replying to queries and goes just that much further with supplying information, putting my mind at ease and ensuring that I have a happy and comfortable stay in the said rental. She also inspects the property on a regular basis, for the owner’s peace of mind, and gives me a fair warning so as not to intrude on my privacy. She is respectful and trustworthy in fulfilling this duty and I have always felt comfortable approving her viewing the property should I be unable to be present to grant her access.

From a management perspective, Laura Bird makes sure that I receive my correspondence and have regularly received both an email and print notification or any information pertaining to my residing at the said property. If any maintenance is required that is beyond my responsibility she makes sure that the issue gets attended to with a matter of urgency, again with both my and the property owner’s best interest at heart.
